We’ve been together for about 47 years and are still in love with each other. My husband is amazing. ❤️
We would like to thank you for supporting Glen and Eve in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
Glen and I were serving in the US Army in 1978, in Kaiserslautern, Germany. I was working with the 66th Transportation Company at Kleber Kaserne. Glen was a musician and the director of 'Entertainment Showcase. While working in the motor pool, I noticed a newspaper with an advertisement--"Needed, Female Country-Western Artist. A few days later, I auditioned for this position, and Glen loved the song and my voice. A few weeks later, I joined the group! He was the most amazing man I'd ever met.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? My favorite memory took place about five months later! Glen proposed to me in my German apartment. Without a doubt, he was unlike any man I'd ever met! He was talented, kind, and very generous. He was the man I'd been waiting for all my life--and the one I couldn't live without! We decided to drive to Copenhagen, and three days later, we were married at the City Hall by a Danish Priest. We spent a week there celebrating our honeymoon, touring the city and making memories.
What would you do with $20,000?If we had $20,000, we'd pay off a few bills, donate to a local charity, and have a much-needed family vacation.
