From classmates at Rutgers to best friends to soulmates—10 years later, we’re getting married and forever is just the beginning. ❤️
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
We met in 2016 at Rutgers Newark in three classes. I asked for her number to “study” (she got As, I got Cs), but truthfully, I just thought she was the cutest girl I’d ever seen. We became best friends, then soulmates. I proposed on April 21, 2024, and we’re getting married April 25, 2026 — almost 10 years later. Our love is built on laughter, friendship, and growing together. We’re not just a couple — we’re a team.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Every moment with her is special, but my favorite has to be our engagement. I proposed at the school where I first asked for her number—it was a full-circle moment that felt so emotional and meaningful. Being surrounded by loved ones from all phases of our lives at the engagement party made it even more unforgettable. It’s a memory I’ll hold close to my heart forever.
What would you do with $20,000?Winning the $20,000 would mean the world to us. We’d use it to help make our dream wedding a reality — a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of our love. We’ve waited nearly a decade for this moment, and this would take so much stress off our shoulders. If possible, we’d also love to use part of it for a honeymoon — a chance to finally relax, soak in the joy, and celebrate the start of forever together.
