Our love story actually began as a somewhat blind date. A friend offered for me to go to a concert with Gilbert without me knowing. I was a trooper with resistance but as the story goes we’ve been together since that concert on August 2006. We made ourselves official in 11/22/2006. The rest as they say is history.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Although it may not be the typical memory for a couple but I want to believe our favorite memory is that we each were there when our mothers took their last breath. Being in that place and having each other there although we were not married meant the world to each of us. We honored our Mothers until the end.
