How did your love story begin?

We met during our high school years, connected by mutual friends. My cousin gave me his number, but after connecting me with terrible matches I refused to call Juan until… I saw him at a friends party! The craziest coincidence is that my mom was very strict about me hanging out and it’s the one and only party she actually allowed me to attend. I now know that’s not a coincidence, but that we were actually and divinely meant to meet that night.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Juan and I have been married for 12 years and together for 19! We have so many great memories, but I’m certain our favorite memories include celebrating our greatest life accomplishments, the birth of our children, our family vacations, and everything in between.

What would you do with $20,000?

As a healthcare professional (Genesis) and a small business owner (Juan), with three littles, we have increasing expenses, a busy schedule, and little time to dream. With 20K we would certainly plan a family vacation of a lifetime. A real vacation, giving us all experience and relaxation. With remaining funds we would most likely pay off small debts, deposit small gifts to the kids savings accounts, and finally replace our barbershop flooring! The entire family would benefit in a great way!
