On multiple dating apps. Merik was just looking for friends and I found that comforting. We talked for two months on Tinder, Bumble and Hinge before going to an art museum together. We didn’t want to part ways, so we ended up talking all night! Around 3AM, Merik asked if they could kiss me and the rest is history.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We came up with clown personas together. They are named Lambchop and Nibbles. I think some of our fondest memories include not only inventing these characters, but going out and embodying them. If you’ve never been to a bar in full clown makeup and garb, we highly recommend it.
What would you do with $20,000?We are both Pre-K teachers, which unfortunately means money is tight. We both love the life we’ve created together and wouldn’t change a thing, but $20,000 would go a long way in creating some financial security! We could use some to budget for a wedding, or save up for a home, and that would mean so much!
