How did your love story begin?

Our love story begin in the summer of 2023 while interning at General Motors. The summer called for short skirts, festivals, and long nights. Both would agree that at first glances we would be something more. Neither of us were looking or seeking love and were more than content with our own lives. Yet, there was and has always been something undeniable about us being together. Our first date was at jazz festival where we seemed in childlike fear of a love so true it could make us grow.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

During a summer aboard, Garrett traveled to Italy to come visit for a weekend. After a long day of sight seeing, we went to a local jazz show that was nearly a 40 minute walk from were he was staying. The Italians there were very rude and wouldn’t not make room and served us cold food. So while we’re sitting in the lovely garden grass which was better than the seats anyways we wrapped two pizza boards around the blankets and left. We stopped by the colosseum on the walk by just because we could.

What would you do with $20,000?

Realistically we would like to use this money to get married. We are both more than ready to be married and it’s not that either of us want an extremely extravagant wedding, but we don’t want nothing and there is family to invite. Both having just finished college and unfortunately due to the economy and unforeseen circumstances Moni will be focusing on more school pursuing a PhD and Garrett is only starting his career.
