We’ve prioritized making our relationship as healthy as possible. Communication is key for us in every single part of our life.
We would like to thank you for supporting Gabriela and Eli in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
Believe it or not…on a dating app. Which neither of us had expected anything out of being on them to start with. But Eli said all the right things from the get go and Gabriela just “happened” to have an extra ticket to the nutcracker ballet and asked Eli to go. That day came and Eli asked Gabriela to be his girlfriend and it’s been an amazing adventure growing with each other ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? While there’s too many to count the nutcracker ballet is something we always go back to. We’ve since went to as many ballets as possible. The nutcracker was such an amazing night and we both looked great it truly was a night for the books.
What would you do with $20,000?We would take a small portion of it to get married. Gabriela would use a little to help with paying for school while she chases her dreams and Eli would use some to put towards the car of his dreams. All the rest would go into a savings account account for us to have cushion for our future. Gabriela has a medical condition that makes is extremely hard to get pregnant and IVF can be expensive so having a little more in the savings will at least let us have one child when we get to that point.
