My boat captain husband may be gone a lot but he supports me in everything. I have a service dog and never dreamed I'd find my soulmate.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
We met at work. We moved fast. He went with me to train with my new service dog. And we spent the next two months traveling the east coast looking for a place to settle down where he could make a good living as a boat captain. We settled in the southern Outer Banks of NC, bought land to start a farm, planted an orchard, got bees, and invested in chickens. It's just the beginning.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? We changed our status to engaged online. And his name is Forrest (boat captain), and my first name is Jennifer but it was Jenny for short. What are the odds? We went to the Keys first. I'd never been fishing. He rented a boat, went spear fishing and I'll never forget his goofy mask with his goofy grin. Salt water runs through his veins. Best day of my life. I caught my first fish, an ugly toad fish. My dog tried to swim away. We laughed. It was heavenly.
What would you do with $20,000?We tried fertility drugs but it messed with my heart. I am told it would be very hard to have children. We are trying to adopt but it is $40,000. We want more than one child. I'm selling my car. I tell him everyday, I married up and he is not real life. I'm in a coma. Don't wake me up. I just want to raise some munchkins with the man of my dreams.
