How did your love story begin?

After I left a hard relationship I went out with my family for some respite. My husband approached my friend wanting an introduction to me. We met and danced the night away. It was like destiny was bringing us closer towards each other and the connection was automatic. Since then we have created a beautiful family out of our love for each other.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

One of our trips together was to Tijuana, we danced laughed, and ate tacos by the sea. We visited the local museum and did local shopping. We love to take that time to reconnect and focus on our friendship that holds us together. It has been about six years since that trip and we still reminisce about it. Just being together exploring new places was great! Eating at new and interesting restaurants as we sit across from each other just really helps us see why we complete each other.

What would you do with $20,000?

We love taking trips together but we haven't been able to visit my husband's hometown and we would love to spend some time exploring his first home. We would also fix some minor house issues like paint our home and put in new gutters. We bought a fixer upper with four kids so the house has taken a back burner for repairs. We have made this house a home even though we haven't been able to complete many of our projects our focus has been on raising our children to be successful and strong.
