When I was 17 my family traveled to Mexico and I met Fernando who was 18. We became best friends and then started dating. For a couple of years we alternated traveling to see each other and then decided we needed to marry so we could make a life together. My parents weren’t fully on board because they said we were too young but we just knew we were meant to be together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There are so many beautiful experiences we have shared as a couple over 35 years but it has to be the births of our two children and now a grandson that take the cake. They are blessings that could only come from us being one and for that we are eternally grateful.
What would you do with $20,000?Everyone can use some relief in debts and obligations of course but we love to travel so we would use some of this prize money to visit a country we’ve never seen before!
