We met by chance, just like our own fairy tale.
We would like to thank you for supporting Farmborough in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We both were on vacation in Gracefield Quebec. My family was camping on the lower lake and his family had rented a cabin from my Uncle Harold. Uncle Harold asked the girls " Do you want to meet some boys?" We all said yes of course. No boys at that time, however that night my mom invited the 2 boys down for a campfire. They came, Eric and Holly met, and the rest is a fairy tale that I never believed I could have. We have been married now for 50 years as of March 22nd 1975.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Going back to Gracefield with our children and reminiscing with our children about how we met. I was originally from Canada and him from England. Beautiful star lit nights, camping, fishing in our own aquarium and jumping off the cliffs with the kids.
What would you do with $20,000?I would love to donate some of the money to a charity and take Eric on a beautiful vacation where we can relax and enjoy each other
