Evan had a crush on Tia for years before they actually met in person, because he had been seeing her as a drag performer since 2019. “She didn’t know who I was until the night I walked into our favorite bar and she stopped me in my tracks and said ‘Who the **** are you? What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is our engagement story (April 2, 2025). “He proposed to me at the very same bar where we met. Every single one of our loved ones, best friends, my parents and siblings all came out to support and I really was clueless up to the special moment! He did it on a karaoke night while I sang ‘In The End’ by Linkin Park! When it was his turn, instead of singing, he proposed to me! It was so magical and beautiful. We felt so loved and supported and so in love!” -T
What would you do with $20,000?This $20,000 would be used to help us fund our wedding but specifically to help us finance flights for our loved ones who don’t live in the country, over here to celebrate our union of marriage. Tias family in Thailand and Evan’s in American Samoa are both getting up there in age and it is our dream that our grandparents and other family get to see us and we get to see them for our beautiful joining of families.
