How did your love story begin?

Our love story began when we were just 14 years old! We both went to the same high school and although we had a small class (around 80 people) and were aware the other existed, we didn’t start becoming friends or start getting to know each other until our junior year when we were both in the same Environmental Lit class. We started becoming closer as the semester went on and ended up hanging out a few times over the summer. Right before we started our senior year, he finally asked me out!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

As corny or cliche as it sounds, we don’t have ONE favorite memory together. We are both very lowkey, minimalist, homebody people and really just enjoy spending time with each other and doing the seemingly small, mundane moments of life together like grocery shopping and cooking meals, sitting on the couch after a long day and watching a movie, or going on walks around the neighborhood and trying a new restaurant. It’s the smalls things for us that make us happy and feel connected to each other.

What would you do with $20,000?

We actually just got legally married a few weeks ago (yay!) and plan to have our official wedding with all our close friends and family later this fall, followed by a honeymoon in Italy! We would be honored and thrilled to put it towards these intimate and meaningful celebrations, adventures, and life-long memories. We are also hoping to purchase our first home soon and would love to put some of this money towards a downpayment on a house where we can continue building our future together (:
