Connect How did your love story begin?

Seth and I have known each other since kindergarten but reconnected in 8th grade. A flirty backwards high five in science class was an early spark. In 10th grade, we were both voted onto homecoming court and chose to escort each other, and funny enough, we still went with other dates to the dance! Still, being on court together brought us closer, and by summer before junior year, we turned from best friends to something more. Even young, I knew in my heart that what we had was real and lifelong.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

One of our favorite memories as a couple was spending a month and a half in Hawaii during the COVID year. We woke up at 3am for virtual college classes (thanks to the time difference), then spent our days making coffee, studying side by side, and exploring the island—beaches, waterfalls, and all. Balancing school and paradise together made it unforgettable.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, we’d take the first step toward building our dream— a training facility that merges Seth’s passion for athletic training and my background in mental health counseling and yoga. Seth doesn’t know I entered us, but he’s always dreamed of this. With his training skills and business mind, and my holistic approach, we’d create a space that transforms both bodies and minds.
