We were friends as couples with our ex spouses . We went through divorce at similar times and started talking through experiences and he became my best guy friend. I called him before and after every single date. I was nervous to date again and I would send pics of my outfits and ask if I looked ok! I kept hitting dead ends! Aaron stuck by me and encouraged me in the process. He became my safe place ! Eventually our friendship evolved and we got married 8 months later!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Taking a trip to the ocean and seeing Aaron take in the ocean for the first time! We sat still and quiet every morning on the beach that trip - watching the waves and drinking it all in before the hustle of beach goers. We felt tiny next to that body of water. Aaron said it reminded him just how big God really is and how amazing His creation is.
What would you do with $20,000?We would pay off some debt and try to get some things done to our home that is needed. We never had a honey moon - so that would be sweet to have funds for a cruise that we booked and are trying to pay in time! We have never been on a cruise either so trying to accomplish that too🩷 We haven’t been on a family trip in a few years either - it would be sweet to take our kids somewhere too.
