How did your love story begin?

Eric is from California and I am from Missouri. Eric moved out here to start his life over with his children’s mother and her family a week after he got here she left him with the children. He went through a months of hell trying to heal from my long relationship and take care of the kids single with no help not knowing anyone I live single building a tiny house in the Ozarks healing from losing my son to suicide and a husband. After months of healing, Eric asked me on a date and we are here….

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

I have a tiny home that I’ve been trying to build to heal from my son and husband passing so we went down there for a weekend and we played in the creeks and sat in front of the fire pit together that night listened to natures symphony look up at the million stars and thanked God for putting us together because we lived on opposite sides of the states and two completely different worlds! We are meant for one another, he and I prayed for each other long before we actually met!

What would you do with $20,000?

Eric and I would put it towards us opening up R own thrift store here in our small town. It’s a dream for us to not only help those in our community but it’s a place for outreach for the less fortunate here in our town. Not just for mothers and children but to all. Hard time fall on everyone, it’s no respect of persons. We would like to have a food pantry and a clothes closet. We wanna give back to our community and make our store life-changing it’s always better to give them to receive!
