Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story started in college. It was the first day of move in and Brady was knocking on the doors in our hall and just so happened to knock on mine. I like to think it was love at first sight and I instantly felt connected to him. We became instant friends and hung out together for a while. It wasn’t until I made the first move and asked him out that he realized I even liked him more than friends! He told me “I didn’t think a girl like you could ever like me.”, and just like that I was his.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory we shared would be when Brady proposed to me. It was the day after Valentines Day, and he surprised me with a trip to Sedona. We drove up after work and he took me to this beautiful red rock hotel he got for us two. He woke me up early for a “hike” and took me to a panoramic view of the rocks, and there he asked me to be his wife and start our forever. All during which, he had his fly down. It was the most beautiful and hilarious memory we’ve shared and I’ll never forget it.

What would you do with $20,000?

We would plan the wedding of our dreams. We are a young, and hard working couple. I am a kindergarten teacher and he is an underwriter for an insurance company. What we would love is to plan for our day to be as magical as we’ve dreamed it to be. With the award money it could make planning easier and a lot of weight lifted off our shoulders so then we can just focus on us and the moment. And of course planning the honeymoon!
