We met at a Saint Patrick’s day parade. But really, Emily’s sister Sam married Anthony’s childhood best friend Jon. We all went to the parade in Hartford, CT in 2017 and it was brutally cold. We ended up sleeping on a futon with Sam and Jon’s golden retriever between us.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We love to travel. We had been talking only a couple weeks and decided to take a trip to Charleston, SC to see Spoon perform. It was fun, and it was easy. We love navigating new environments together. Traveling is a great way to get to know someone quickly!
What would you do with $20,000?We were supposed to have a wedding in May, 2020 in Mexico but as you may have guessed, this was cancelled due to the global pandemic. Emily worked in cardiac intensive care during that time as a nurse practitioner and watched most of her patients die. We scheduled another wedding 02/2021 which was also cancelled. We would love to have a backyard wedding with our closest friends and family!
