We have been thru hell and high water to be together. He is Venezuelan tattoo artist and I’m a hairdresser from South Carolina. Crazy story!

We met online in July 2023- and fell instantly for eachother. Because we are from countries that can’t easily be visited by either way- it was hard for us to meet in person. We tried every way we could to be together- but immigration is difficult now in America. So we made the hard decision for him to travel thru the Darien gap, thru Central America, to Mexico City. He waited 5 months in Mexico City for his immigration appt- we got married and in the process of permanent residency for him
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Meeting for the first time at the airport. Instant chemistry and connection. Finally we were together after trying for a year and a half. He arrived on Christmas Eve to my city- the best Christmas gift I’ve ever received
What would you do with $20,000?Our dream is to open a tattoo shop for Elvys. He is very talented- and I know he is so deserving of the chance to achieve his dreams
