We met on Hinge—me in LA, her in Vegas—yet somehow our paths crossed. Even stranger, when we matched, I was in D.C. and she was visiting her parents in Lincoln, CA. No clue how the algorithm worked that one out—fate? We talked and FaceTimed for weeks before she flew to LA for a weekend visit. That weekend turned into forever. Now we live together in Burbank with our mini golden doodle, Navi. The universe clearly knew what it was doing.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

One of our favorite memories is finally meeting in person. I waited at the bottom of the airport escalator with flowers in hand, heart racing. She came down, just as nervous. We were both shaking, but the moment we hugged, everything calmed. It was like we had known each other forever. In that instant, it was clear—we weren’t just meeting for the first time, we were stepping into our future.

What would you do with $20,000?

We’re beginning to solidify our future—talking about marriage, saving for a home, and eventually starting a family. This $20,000 would help make those dreams a reality and ensure we’re building a stable, loving life together. It would go toward our wedding, a future home, and laying the foundation for what’s next. And of course, a little bit would go to Navi—our puppy and future big sister—because she’s part of the dream too.
