It all started with a random drunk guy who told me to “f*** off” in a college bar. He happened to be my now-husband’s best friend and our best man in our wedding. My husband came in to apologize to me and we hit it off immediately - he even tried to kiss me goodnight! Our first date, we closed down the restaurant where we had dinner, then went to a bar and closed that down as well. We just couldn’t get enough of each other! We’ve been best friends ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?It’s a bittersweet memory, but when Ryan’s dad was in the hospital battling cancer, I found a book called Pinkalicious on a shelf in the waiting room. To pass the time, I read the book aloud to all of his elderly aunts and uncles who I was sitting with. Ryan says that’s when he knew he wanted to marry me.
What would you do with $20,000?My husband is a chef, and a good one, too. If we had $20,000 I would want him to buy a food truck so that he can finally live that dream and be his own boss!
