Bryce and I met through multiple connections online. Spontaneously, Elana drove up one day to Elizabeth City from East Carolina University to officially meet Bryce. Elana always jokes that she is grateful that Bryce was not a serial killer. When Elana pulled up in her blue F150, Bryce was shocked at the sight of a 5’1 woman driving a massive pickup truck. They spent the afternoon talking and eating lunch. From that moment, they have been inseparable.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Elana and Bryce’s favorite memory was their first hiking trip to Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. Their first trip together was full of laughter, love and beautiful views. They especially loved the strenuous “Old Rag” hike, where they put their trust and teamwork to the test. After climbing multiple boulders, they finally reached the peak of the mountain and ate homemade bagels. After eating lunch, they held eachother on the rock and eventually fell asleep in eachother arms.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, Elana and Bryce would use the money for their future wedding. The couple plans to elope next summer after Elana graduates from college. It would be an amazing gift to plan their dream wedding and invite both families from Michigan and Virginia.
