We met through Facebook Dating. I had been on there for a while and wasn’t having much luck, but then I saw his profile and noticed he mentioned Doctor Who—which is one of my absolute favorite shows. So I messaged him and asked who his favorite Doctor was. That kicked off everything. We kept talking, and he ended up coming to meet me over Memorial weekend… and well, that’s how it all started.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory has to be our wedding vows. It was just the two of us at the courthouse—no family, no friends, just us. We joked around during our vows, of course, because that’s just how we are. It wasn’t fancy, but it was real and completely us. I wouldn’t change a thing.
What would you do with $20,000?If we had $20,000, we’d pay off all our debts, get my paperwork and his citizenship taken care of, buy a car, and put some aside for school. Our biggest goal is to find a home we can call ours and eventually foster and adopt. That money would help us take real steps toward building the life we’ve been dreaming about.
