How did your love story begin?

While we were separately at a theatre convention that we would attend yearly, we saw each other yet again. We, and other friends, decided have lunch as a group that day. People were trying to get in touch with Ed to tell him the lunch location and could not. Susan saw him walking along the sidewalk. She tore out of the restaurant and ran her fastest to catch up with him. Then lunch was had, as well as a 3 hour talk which ended with both knowing they were starting something special.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

As a couple, we love the story of our first kiss. We were having lunch at a little restaurant called “Pita’s Republic”, which specializes in wraps and Mediterranean food. At this point, we both knew we were having a relationship starting. When I (Ed) looked around the restaurant and noticed that the only people there were us and the worker. When the worker went around back, I leaned forward, across the table. Susan matched my movements, and we locked in a kiss over wraps and falafel.

What would you do with $20,000?

Susan and Ed have big dreams and this money would definitely help those dreams along. The first consideration would be to help Ed’s son, who is a low functioning autistic adult. Next, they would work towards getting a house together and investing in their future. There are many challenges to all of these uses of the money, but every dollar would be wisely spent efficiently on these dreams coming true.
