It was all about timing- I had a crush on Marcus for YEARS but he wasn't single. He was in a local band and I would tell his bandmate to let me know if Marcus was ever available. Well, one day the stars aligned and that friend finally told Marcus to ask me out. I remember him leaving the bar and messaging me on Facebook that night- I immediately said "yes."
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?When we were still fresh in our relationship we agreed that we'd never be the couple that fights, that we would do something to lighten the mood for whatever we were arguing about. That thing is the Macarena. There's no argument that can withstand watching your partner poorly dance the Macarena. Thankfully we've only needed it a handful of times in our 6 years together.
What would you do with $20,000?I want to say we'd be responsible with $20,000 but we'd probably buy our favorite pinball machine- Stern's Star Wars pinball machine. After that we'd put the rest towards our wedding in April 2025; it's disco themed!
