We both joined a dating site. Fred’s profile pics showed him with colorful, obviously feminine sunglasses, striking a pose, another with a huge dog and one with a camel. Drema thought that he could not possibly be trying to impress anyone, but he must have a sense of humor. Drema sent him a text that said, “I am ok with a man who gets in touch with his feminine side and I am ok with the huge dog, but if the camel has to live with us, it’s over!” Fred agreed to give up the camel for true love.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We made both our dreams come true by getting married on a beach on Kauai. We had our wedding live-streamed so all our family and friends could be with us. Before the wedding, the MC asked people to leave us video wishes! It is our fav video ever!! They all stayed online for the “reception”. It was a unique and special experience. Our friends said it was the best wedding they had ever attended.
What would you do with $20,000?On our wedding day, we stood on the beach looking out on the ocean and vowed we would return to Kauai and that beach for our 5th wedding anniversary. After we give 10% to a non-profit in our community, the rest will be used for a grand 5th Anniversary celebration in May 2026.
