Connect How did your love story begin?

I was working for a dental sales company in 2019 and he was one of the doctors on my list. I couldn’t ever get a meeting with him so I decided to never go back to his office. But I did unknowingly go to a restaurant he frequented and explained what we did to the manager. She mentioned he would be there that night so I asked her to give him my card and I received a Facebook friend request 2 days later. It wasn’t until 2021 that we actually met in person and the rest was history.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory has really happened over time. Watching our kids slowly enjoy becoming a family and spending time together. Every Thursday night is family night and we commit to spending time together and making a stronger bond. It’s important for us to have a strong foundation and as a family and create strong roots even though we came together later in life. It’s a great story for anyone that thinks it’s too late to have a bond as strong as ours.

What would you do with $20,000?

We just opened our first art studio together so it would be great to utilize the funds to make it more established quicker than expected and really make it a place for our community to enjoy. It’s our first project creating something together and not sure the direction it will go because it’s in its infancy but none the less it’s ours and we’re proud of taking this leap forward.
