Connect How did your love story begin?

We met at a time when we were both struggling, lost in our own pain and trying to heal. Neither of us expected love, but we found comfort and understanding in each other. Our connection was quiet but real, built on honesty, support, and shared strength. Slowly, we healed together, choosing each other every day. From something broken, we created something beautiful—a love grounded in resilience, growth, and the simple decision to never give up on one another.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

It’s hard to choose just one memory as the best, because every moment feels unforgettable in its own way. But if I had to pick, I’d say it’s any quiet night we spend just talking, laughing, and holding each other with no distractions—just us. Every memory with each other feels like the best one, because they’re all pieces of the love we’ve built together.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won $20,000, I would use it to create real change—for myself and those around me. First, I’d pay down any debts or financial burdens that have been holding me back, because financial freedom is the foundation of opportunity. Then, I’d invest in paying for the rest of my student loans, and classes to finish the degree I’m working on. I’m currently an LPN, trying to become an RN BSN. This money wouldn’t just change my life, it would empower me to be a force to give back to those in need.
