We balance each other, grow together, and love deeply. We’re best friends, teammates, and always choose each other, no matter what.
We would like to thank you for supporting Doozle and Doozled in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
Our story began at midnight on Nov 26, 2020, when Tyler beat me to wishing my brother happy birthday. I jokingly told him to take it back, and we ended up talking until 3am. Though distance kept us apart, we reconnected in May 2023 when he visited me in San Antonio. It was love at first sight. A month later, on a rainy hike, he asked me to be his girlfriend at the top of a hill. I said yes, and he spun me in a circle as the rain poured.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? After a tough time in our relationship, once everything had been forgiven, we were walking on Tyler’s uncle’s land. In a quiet moment, he realized how deeply I loved him, so he picked me up and spun me around. That moment, simple but full of emotion, made me realize just how much I loved him too. It’s one of our most meaningful memories.
What would you do with $20,000?Since Tyler is in college and I recently moved states with very little, we’d use $20,000 to have a small, meaningful wedding and go on a honeymoon, something simple but special. If there’s anything left, we’d save it to help build our future together.
