They met during the Vietnam War. My dad had some R and R and he decided to spend it in Thailand. My dad chased my mom around for weeks. Finally she gave in and they got married. He brought her back to the United states. 40 years later after he retired he promised to take her home. Now they both live Thailand in my mother's home town of Surin. This August will be their 65th anniversary.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite memory of my parents is going camping worth them every summer.
What would you do with $20,000?I haven't seen my parents ever since they left for Thailand 23 years ago. I would go visit them as soon as possible for my mother is not doing well. I do talk to her everyday.
