Connect How did your love story begin?

Tim and I met when we were 11yrs old. We both moved onto the same street at the same time. We became instant friends. When we got in high school, we were each others first kiss and real relationship. Life happens and it didn’t last, but we always stayed bffs. Throughout the years we found our way back to each other, but not seriously until I was in college and he was in the army. We were so used to always spending our days together and when we couldn’t do that, we realized we were meant to be.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We are so fortunate to have known each other for over 20yrs. Our childhood, teen and adult memories we made together. Growing up and traveling the world together has been the greatest gift. Our favorite memory though, is adopting our dog Zen. He’s brought nothing but happiness in our lives. He also led us to foster other dogs. We weren’t ready to have kids, but we wanted to grow our family. He’s been the best addition to that and when we do have kids now he’ll be a great big brother.

What would you do with $20,000?

We’ve traveled the US living in PA, AZ, FL, and CA. We’ve always lived in a rented space. We’re finally ready to settle down, buy a house with a yard for Zen, and grow our family with kids. Parents are selfless, we always felt that way so we weren’t ready for that commitment. We now feel ready for this new chapter of our lives ❤️
