We met April of 2003, by October of the same year we were married. People told me getting married would cut my wings but he taught me to fly
We would like to thank you for supporting Dennise & Jonathan in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We met at a college party and danced all night, from there, we never wanted to let one another go. We married 6 months after we met with the love at the forefront. We were young & made mistakes but through it all, we knew one thing - we loved each other and we needed to hold hands and walk together through every storm. It was going to be the only way we make it.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? His proposal, one night we were on the phone & he told me he needed to see me. I drove to his house & so seriously he says, "I want to marry you." I thought he was joking so I just agreed. He tells me to get in the car & as we are driving he explains he wants to marry me then & there. We drove to Vegas & the rest is history. From there came responsibility & kids so another lovely memory is definitely our first solo vacay.
What would you do with $20,000?We'd plan our dream vacation to the South Pacific and hopefully have money left over to pay off student debt.
