Ernie was Denise’s tour guide on an overnight ghost hunt at Waverly Hills Sanatorium. We shared a common interest in one of the famous ghosts there. The story being told about her didn’t make sense, and we bonded over trying to tell her truth. Since then, we’ve been on multiple podcasts, in books, magazines, etc telling our/her story. We now own Kentucky’s most haunted house, and continue to try to bring peace to those on the other side.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?It’s really hard to pinpoint one thing. In our 6 years together we’ve lived 1000 lifetimes! We’ve continuously set goals, and together we’ve continued to crush them. If I had to choose one thing, it would be the moment I finally realized that this was my person, and with them nothing was impossible. Together we’ve reached for the stars and it feels like we’ve captured the moon.
What would you do with $20,000?We would definitely catch up some bills and do some much needed improvements to our haunted home. We live in what is considered Kentucky’s most haunted house. It would be nice to have the opportunity to make a small business out of a commonality that we both share.
