We met at a wedding in a city neither of us lived in. After only 7 months dating, he moved from Charlotte to Chicago to be together.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
I got invited to my sorority sister’s wedding in St. Louis while I was living in Chicago. As I was out on the dancefloor having a fun time, I noticed a very handsome man having just as much fun as me on the floor. Word got out to the groom that I was super attracted to this man. The groom pulled us together and introduced us. Turns out, Austin is his cousin who lives in Charlotte. As we were dancing, talking, and laughing together I realized that I was seeing the rest of my life before my eyes.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? We went on our first vacation together to Denver, CO because I surprised him with concert tickets to our two favorite country artists. One night we decided to just explore the area a bit and found this small bar. We had the best time of just laughing and dancing and singing together. Someone ended up catching pictures of us dancing together. Pictures bursting with love and happiness. We sang karaoke together and had a night as if it was just us in the world.
What would you do with $20,000?We would absolutely use the money as a down payment on a house in Chattanooga, where we now reside. We would look for a place with a large yard so our two dogs have tons of room to run around; as well as, having plenty of room to host our families and friends. Somewhere we can finally make our forever home together.
