Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began on New Year’s at a party when Drew walked up and asked for my Instagram. We had no idea God was planting the seed of something real that night. What started unexpectedly turned into a relationship full of purpose, growth, and love. God knew what I needed before I did He gave me Drew, the greatest blessing and the best thing that’s ever happened to me.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory is our first road trip to San Francisco. We explored Alcatraz, saw the Golden Gate Bridge from Baker Beach and a sunset cruise, visited Full House, the Painted Ladies, and Chinatown, where we learned how fortune cookies are made. We hiked to overlook the city, but the best part was celebrating Drew’s birthday his first with me. That trip was full of unforgettable firsts and brought us even closer.

What would you do with $20,000?

We’d put the $20,000 toward getting a stable home together helping me get out of the homeless shelter I live in and him out of a shared space with family. We’d start building our future by getting our first place and filling it with love, furniture, and essentials. Creating a home is a big step, and this would let us do it right. It’s more than just a place it’s the foundation of the life we’re building together with love, faith, and purpose.
