After the death of his wife in Oct 2022 , I drove to his house on Nov 4th to deliver sympathy cards and gifts from a friend of ours. We spoke every day from that day forward. He came to my house refusing to allow me to clean my gutters because I could not fall and miss a dental appointment , haha. Two weeks later we had our first date. We quickly became inseparable and by Feb 13 he proposed to me. 7 months later we were married on the beach in Corolla NC.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Every day we spend together is my favorite memory. To choose one memory is hard, from our first date to the first concert where I dried his tears from the song that meant so much to him and his late wife, to our wedding day and all the times he has made me laugh. From shopping for flowers and vegetables to planting our gardens. Not a day goes by where each day is a great memory.
What would you do with $20,000?If I were to win $20,000 I would want to take him to his number 1 bucket list location. Bovington England to the tank museum and be sure he could take a ride in a tank.
