We are resilient! We have been married for 27 years. We got divorced and remarried in 2012 and going strong! With God EVRYTHING is possible!
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
We met at church in 1993. I was 16 and he was 18. I had not notice him at all until one day he approached me and talked to me. At that time, my dad was dying of cancer and Gabriel became my shoulder to lean on, and after 32 years, he is still the one.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? We have had many...our children's birth, many trips around the world, and lots birthdays. But our favorite memory is from the day that we got married for a second time after being divorced for two years. It was definitely seeing our boys' happy faces during the ceremony, especially our little one. They were so happy to see mom and dad together again. This memory sure keeps us going. We dont have a perfect marriage, but we do have a healthy one. With God everything is possible.
What would you do with $20,000?Our youngest son Charles is starting college. He is our little miracle. He was born eith some challenges (learning disabilities, ADHD, physical and muscular weakness), but that child has overcomed everything by the grace of God. He has the goal of having a career in Sport management and personal training. We want to help him with paying his college classes and certifications. We know that $20,000 is not much, but it sure helps to help him reach his goals and continue to be successful.
