We met at a bar. I was meeting my family with dinner and they were late. He walked up to me and asked if I got stood up. I said “no I’m waiting for my family.” He said “your own family stood you up?!?! That’s even worse!” Luckily my family walked in. I later started working at the bar and he was a regular. We started seeing each other secretly so my boss wouldn’t think I was using my job to find dates. We’ve been inseparable since and just got married in January.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?After just a few months of dating, Dan’s job sent him to Argentina indefinitely. He offered to fly me down and let me stay with him while he was there. A friend convinced me to go so I did and we spent 3 months there together experiencing another country and culture. Cheap booze, food, and entertainment in a beautiful setting in Buenos Aires. We had so many good memories there that we will cherish together.
What would you do with $20,000?We would go on a honeymoon finally! Work and finances have prevented us from getting to take one. We have our hearts set on a honeymoon in Thailand. Whatever we don’t spend there will go towards debt or music festivals or both!
