We began as coworkers at our local grocery store then quickly turned into a strong friendship. We bonded over work struggles. 6 years later we are engaged.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?This has to be when we got engaged. I am a huge Friends fan (TV Show). He took me to NYC to the Friends Experience. He memorized what Chandler says to Monica in the show during their engagement. He proposed to me in front of the iconic orange couch and fountain with Chandler’s words. I couldn’t have asked for a better proposal. I cried the rest of the exhibit (happy tears). He planned to propose at the end of the exhibit but the couch was the first room with the theme song playing.
What would you do with $20,000?We would love to spend a small portion on our wedding and honeymoon. Our true dream for the money is to buy a beautiful piece of land where we can build our homestead, family, and possible farm. We love the idea of living a simple life on our own oasis and this would give us the jumpstart we need.
