I had 2 children while I lived across from Jim I had a crush on him One day he was gone but I figured he wouldn't want someone with 2 kids anyway Turns out he joined the Army While home on leave a friend introduced us on Dec7th 1989 Pearl Harbor Day We dated for the month During the 3rd week I asked Jim to marry me. He said YES He left back to Colorado while I stayed in Massachusetts He came back in March and we married on March 17 St. Patrick's Day. 35 yrs ago. Still in love.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The birth of our daughter is one of many great memories. The reunions we had whenever we were reunited after his many times away while Jim served 21 yrs in the Army are my favorite. It was like falling in love again. So proud of him.
What would you do with $20,000?We have lived in the same house for 26 yrs with the same ugly pink kitchen counter top. I never would spend the money to replace because I would rather pay bills. It's falling apart. Also need new deck. All nails sticking up. Impossible to shovel. Also would love to help our kids out a little. They all work hard and still struggle. Would also donate to Shriners and St. Jude Children's Hospital.
