We met in high school but only got together years later. We were in band together. He tripped over his tuba watching my rear end!
We would like to thank you for supporting Curtis and Kelli Fox in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We first met in our high school marching band. We were friends but never dated. We started talking years after both of our divorces, catching up on FB! We married pretty quickly after that. I didn’t learn until later that the day he tripped over his tuba in band practice one day, he was busy watching my behind as I was marching two lines up from him in the colorguard!😆 This man and I have endured a lot in our lives but we’ve finally found an anchor in our marriage!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? Our favorite memories we share are definitely of our days in high school, in marching band. We traveled by bus to competitions, laughed under the bleachers at godawful jokes at halftime, he once cut off the pants legs of his jeans during a 98 degree practice and yeah, there’s that tuba story!!
What would you do with $20,000?Definitely pay off a car and some other bills, spend a week dodging our grown kids and hole up in a Carolina coast hotel just enjoying alone time, and get the dang lawnmower fixed. And tithe to our church. Oh, I forgot, the dog needs a trim!😄
