Connect How did your love story begin?

We met at karaoke in December of 98, but we only talked amongst a large group of friends! We reconnected again at another karaoke night in March of 99! I couldn't find a seat, but there he was at a table waiting on a friend! I asked to join him and we have been together ever since! We were married just a few months later in July!! He heard me sing and he was sold! When you know... you know!! We are about to celebrate 26 years of our amazing life together ❤️

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

One of the first, that really set the tone, is our first Thanksgiving! I was so young and wanted to do such a good job! My attempt at deviled eggs lives in infamy! I had no real kitchen skills! I kept mixing the yellow stuff, and having him try it. It was, "too much mayo", (mix,mix), "too much mustard"! This went on for a while! In his helpfullness he asked, "Do you have any of the egg yolks left?" ONLY THE WHOLE BOWL! Who knew those got mixed in!! I kept serving him mayo and mustard! 😂😂

What would you do with $20,000?

We just had our first grandbaby!! We have 4 children and our oldest gave us the most handsome little guy!! Alistair Riot! We are so close to our kids and as life has proven to us, family is everything! We want to improve our backyard space into a little oasis.. where we ALL connect! We were gifted this beautiful land and just want to continue to love and live in our wonderful space!!! I want to be the best Mimi and Papa house... for us and all our family and friends!!! Life is just so special!
