17 years ago, we connected on Match. We bonded discussing our children, family, and our professions in Chicago real estate. We wanted a stable, loving partner that we could co-create a loving partnership with. On our first date, he brought me flowers, opened my door, and was nervous, which was super adorable. We joined forces by working together after the real estate market crashed and major cities were hit so hard. We built a solid foundation by working side-by-side. We still do today.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our first time visiting Japan after the pandemic. It was the first day Japan reopened its doors to tourism again. We both took language lessons and were so excited to be out in the world again. Japan is a special place with a beautiful culture and people. It was a magical time to begin our lives again and renew our relationship.
What would you do with $20,000?We dream of taking our children and grandchildren on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, exploring another part of the world together. We want them to see new cultures, taste new foods, and create shared memories that will live in their hearts forever—reminding them that the world is vast, beautiful, and full of possibilities when experienced side by side.
