We met doing one of the things we both love most; supporting our hometown soccer team! Now we get to travel & support them forever together!

We met in St. Louis while both traveling for a Sporting KC soccer game! They were in town for their first (of many) rivalry games against St. Louis City SC. Our friend groups started the day at the same soccer bar and his homemade jean jacket with an SKC scarf sewn on the back caught my eye. I thought nothing of it until we met again at the tailgate before the game. We got to chatting and haven’t stopped since!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We both obviously love soccer, but unfortunately we support different teams when it comes to our favorite league. While I love Liverpool, Matt loves Arsenal (and no, one of us can’t just switch)! Because of this though, we get to enjoy even more matches together. We recently traveled to Europe where we got to support both our teams and watching how excited the other was makes it so much more worth it!
What would you do with $20,000?Have we mentioned we both love soccer? Shortly after first meeting, Matt and I both expressed the shared interest in one day opening up a soccer bar (this really sealed the deal for us!) Soccer is still such an up and coming sport in the US, and we both want to bring the atmosphere from European football pubs to our home! We hope to one day open our doors to locals, as well as visitors and tourists from all over and this money would help us to start our dream!
