We met at an apple farm when we were just teenagers. We became best friends and then we started long distance dating for two years. He asked me to marry him within a few months of him landing a job here in Buffalo, NY.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We’ve gone on many trips, experienced so many beautiful things in life, but my favorite memory is being able to overcome the season of illness that took a toll on our marriage. In 2021 I was bitten by a tick and diagnosed with Lyme disease. He worked, took care of me, cooked and cleaned. After we made it through that season, we grew stronger and appreciated one another more. That created a stepping stone for what is now a really strong marriage, and we couldn’t be more thankful.
