How did your love story begin?

We met at a Halloween party where I really didn’t know many people there, besides the two I came with. The original introduction was him helping me fix the tie on my costume, and then the remainder of the night, we mingled and finally ended up together at the bonfire to have a conversation. Since we were part of the group staying the night after, but I didn’t know beforehand, he allowed me to borrow some pajamas and we started dating the following weekend.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

The weekend of my birthday, he had cooked an amazing pasta dinner, with wine, candles, and my favorite flowers. The flowers, I was surprised about, because there was no way he could have known about those, but he had also reached out to a friend of mine to find out what kinds of things I liked and surprised me that evening with them. That night, was the evening I realized no matter what we went through, he was the one I wanted to be with. We’ve been together since.

What would you do with $20,000?

Honestly, the two of us have been looking forward to starting our lives together, so 20,000 would help us find a home and be able to finance that dream into reality. That, and he doesn’t know I’m submitting us into this competition, so I would love for it to be a grand surprise if we were to win, to realize that there is so much more we can accomplish together if given the opportunity.
