Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began as two nerds online who had the same interests in games and films! We would watch shows over the phone and share our thoughts afterwards. We had gone to the same high school, but never interacted before. We decided it was time to meet up for the first time in person to watch a movie together in theaters. We shared a burger and a small order of onion rings before heading back to my dorm to watch one of our special shows together in person. It was true love at first watch!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

While all our memories together have their own special place in our hearts, one truly shines. After another long night of watching our favorite series together at my dorm, I said goodbye to Eli as he went back to his car…His car that was missing! It had been towed in the middle of the night with no one available to call! We ventured hours on the entire campus trying to find where his car had been taken. But through all the stress, we had each other. We shared our first hug and tears that night.

What would you do with $20,000?

Eli and I want nothing more than to start our life together. In this economy, it has never been harder for couples to move out on their own. The cost of living is unlivable. No matter how tirelessly we have worked, it is never enough to cover the prices of living. With $20,000, we would finally be able to find a place to call home. Since the very beginning of our relationship, we knew it didn’t matter where we ended up as long as we were together. We could finally build our life as a family.
