Connect How did your love story begin?

I say she had a crush on me in high school. She says she didn’t know who I was but c’mon - of course she did. We both came out of other long term relationships at the same time and the universe kept throwing us together like it was meant to happen. We were both at a local business meeting. I spilled coffee on my tie. She whipped a Tide Stick cleaning pen out of her purse and fixed me up, while I gazed at her beautiful brown eyes. The rest, so they say, is history my friends.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Probably when we agreed that she could make all important decisions in our lives. Or possibly deciding on my vasectomy. Honestly - we try to live all of life to the fullest. Run hard, play as a family. Travel at every opportunity. Sometimes this life is hectic, but always amazing. Life is about so much more than school and jobs. It’s about living and exploring and being grateful in every moment. Our favorite memory is touring Italy with all 3 kids. The time together was incredible

What would you do with $20,000?

Argue over it. LOL. Or throw on the bed with olive oil and roll in it together. Just kidding, that would make a horrible mess. Pay little debt. Put a little in savings. Travel a little more. A little for college for the kids. I’d like to squeeze a little of it to fund a small coaching business to help folks recovering from drinking problems - of which I’m proud to be one of the ones recovering. Use the money to keep enjoying life to the fullest
