Connect How did your love story begin?

Two years ago in June, we met over pasta—and instantly clicked. We have been inseparable ever since. He’s a pilot and I’m an artist. From jet-setting adventures to lazy nights with their two pups, our love took off fast—engaged in just six months! Now, we are chasing big dreams, saving for a wedding and first home, and proving that sometimes, one dinner can change your whole life.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We once went to a salsa dance class thinking it’d be romantic. Turns out, neither of us can dance. He stepped on my foot five times, I spun the wrong way, and we knocked over an instructor’s water bottle mid-twirl. Everyone stared—so he dramatically bowed and yelled, “Nailed it!” I was mortified… and laughing so hard I almost cried. We didn’t learn to salsa, but we did learn we make a pretty great team at messing things up together.

What would you do with $20,000?

If we had $20K, we’d use it to create memories that truly matter- celebrating our love surrounded by friends and family at a place that feels like us. We’d take a honeymoon to just slow down and soak in this new chapter together. And most importantly, we’d save for our first home—a space to build our life, share laughter, and grow even closer every day. It’s all about what it lets us build together!
