It began in 2020 when the world was shut down and we turned to dating apps after years of being single, and mostly out of boredom. Chris swiped on my profile, and I only had 24hrs to return the swipe in order for us to "match". Apparently, the time lapsed, and Chris paid $10 to "buy" another 24 hrs. I was in my backyard with my close girlfriends showing them Chris's profile, terrified to reach out! They convinced me to swipe and send a message and with their influence, I did! The rest is history
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Gosh how do I choose! Our trip to Maui in general, was very memorable. We got off the plane and it was POURING rain, but we had already decided we wanted to go to Iao Valley before checking in, so we went. We had the WHOLE park to ourselves! We "hiked" as much as we could in flip flops, and tank tops (we only packed beach clothes, we didn't pack for rain) and it was the most peaceful, beautiful, and yet chaotic bonding moment for us. I will always cherish that memory.
What would you do with $20,000?We're desperately trying to move out of CA and buy a home. We would either use the money towards a down payment or use it to pay off our current debts to be able to save more money monthly and help out our credit scores.
